The film “Psychodrama of a Marriage” was made based on a psychodrama session my dad conducted at the psychodrama congress in Paris in 1964. I was an auxiliary ego for a few minutes in the psychodrama. I remember the ornate quality of the room at the medical faculty and the psychodrama itself, but my most vivid memory is the pounding on the door before the session by outraged congress attendees when the room ran out of its limited seating. They shouted, “We want to see Moreno,” etc. The 60s and 70s were indeed the heyday of popular interest in groups.
